Great Rock Morning...

 There is something about being in Nature early in the morning that rejuvenates the mind, body and soul; likewise communing with dogs any time of day does the same! Needless to say when Molly, Mac, their People and I set out for an early morning hike on Great Rock Bite I was in heaven. The Debow Family...

Meet the Debow family! We had a blast running around on Squibnocket Beach, checking out the rocks, surf and of course long grasses at the pond. Pfadenhauer Family...

Mornings are my favorite time to shoot, and beaches are my favorite places to photograph, so what can be better than a great family portrait on the beach in the morning! The Pfadenhauer family and I had a great morning with our toes in the sand and the sun on our faces. The best things about family is that families work together as a team; and believe me that during family portraits there is a lot of team work! Congratulations Nicole & Terry...

Two more amazing love birds Tie the Knot! I love photographing weddings, and I love amazing stories about the Love birds meeting up, it reminds me that true love is always part of our destiny! I could tell from their amazing meeting via a feisty and loving Grandma that Nicole and Terry were meant to be together, and are so sweet together! Congratulations Nicole &Terry and your daughter Lia! You are a beautiful family and I wish you only the best!!!

Owen Park is my new favorite place to photograph families and kids! Boats, docks, grass, beach, rocks, water... what else is there? The O'Brien Family

It's that time of year again, when we photograph a family portrait almost every day! Gabe in Maine!!!

I'm sure that you all remember Gabe! He is the most popular kid on my blog, and for good reason. Gabe's not only smart and funny, and a real sport in front of the camera, but, he also has the sweetest Mom ever!  This year we decided to leave the Island and explore Maine! We ran around the streets of Kennebunkport and then played on the beach over looking Maine's gorgeous rocky coast line. As usual, it was a pleasure and a blast to hang out with Gabe and his mom Wendy and snap photos! Thanks for a great shoot again Gabe and Wendy and thankyou so much for my goodie bag, I LOVE IT!

Mackenzie...

Just another beautiful Senior portrait to show off!!! I love photographing families escpecially sisters! You might remember that I photographed Mackenzies sister a few years ago for her senior portrait, sisters are awesome and it is so fun to see how they are similar yet completely different in certain ways! Mackenzie is the youngest sister of the bunch, sigh, no more senior portraits to look forward to, but wait for it, there might be weddings down the road of life when I get to photograph this gorgeous family again! Family Time!!!

Summer time is family time, when everybody bunks up, beaches out, and stays cool with lemonade and ice cream. I have the unique pleasure of watching families grow and blossum, and come together once more for that storied family portrait. This family is one of my favorites, I'm sure you'll recognize Cristi and David from their Maternity and family portrait in years past. What a great couple and a fabulous evening shoot!!! Nicole, Terry, and I had an amazing time playing around the beaches and docks in Vineyard Haven Harbor. Martha's Magical Love Tour...

Canadian Love Birds Shannon and Philippe decided to elope and take a whirl win tour of the Vineyard to celebrate their magical wedding day! From The top of the Gay Head Light House to the shores of Light House Beach in Edgartown, Dutcher Dock and Alley's in between, we galavanted across the Island smiling and photographing the entire way! The Iverson Family...

Summer time and the livin' is easy...  There is nothing like a great beach day on Martha's Vineyard, I am so glad I got to meet and have a great time in the sun with the Iverson Family! What a sweet bunch. The boys were so great together it reminded me of being little again with my own brothers. Thank you guys for allowing me to hang around and capture some beach memories for you!

Coral & Tom...

Congratulations Coral & Tom!!!

These two Local Love Birds had the perfect Wedding day! Wed in Our Lady of the Sea Church, played on Dutcher Dock at Menemsha, and Dined overlooking a gorgeous Sunset setting on Menemsha Harbor, their day couldn't have been more picturesque. The entire wedding was adorned with little touches of Tom & Coral and their friends and families... Tom hand carved a beautiful wooden version of the United States that they used as their seating chart and will now convert to a table to break bread over as newlyweds, and Coral redesigned her gorgeous wedding dress to fit her perfectly and reflect her radiant personality. Tom and Coral, you two are amazing and I am so glad I was present to capture such wonderful memories for you!!! Thank you for letting me be a part of your fabulous day!

John & Dyan...

Tis the season for Love and Weddings here on the Vineyard!!! I am so excited for an amazing summer of shooting, and I couldn't have kicked it off with a better couple or a better day!!! John & Dyan are the sweetest love birds around and their wedding was a testament to their awesomeness. Their friends and family helped J & D put the entire day together from flowers to food to decorations and even water ferry men. It was perfect!Congratulations John & Dyan!!!

TWINS!!!!!!!

It's our first twin newborn shoot, the survey is in... it was awesome!!! It's so fun watching the twins reactions to one another, discovering eachother and who's hands are who's. It was so fun! The best part about a twin photo shoot, besides the fact that two babies is even sweeter and cuter than one, is that if one of the babies starts to cry the shoot can go on!These twins are two adorable little brothers, here they are,Theo & Henry...

Morgan + Dustin...

Lately there has been a lot of Babies on the blog, Babies and Mama's about to have Babies! But, Spring is in the air and the wedding season is just around the corner. I love the Newborn shoot's, but Engagement portraits have always been my absolute favorite thing to photograph, and Morgan and Dustin's shoot was amazing! thanks to some serious connections on Dustin's part we got to go inside the West Chop Lighthouse. I think it's the tallest one I've been in! Lighthouses are so amazing and just exude history and charm. After exploring the Lighthouse we headed to a secluded dock and then to find some tall grasses right before sunset. Thanks to Morgan and Dustin for braving the wind and being awesome subjects!
